D247. A most attractive miniature carriage timepiece with champleve enamel decoration to the four columns. It has a finely fretted out, engraved and gilded mask to the circular enamelled dial which has delicate black roman numerals. It employs a lever escapement and is numbered on the backplate 2073. It is also indistinctly signed in an oval MA-----ED in Paris.
